Recently both type of physical activities which are of high intensity and meditative practices have been in trend. Meditative practices such as yoga and high intensity workouts like CrossFit are seen across the globe these days.

All the participants encourage and motivate each other, which helps them in fulfilling their daily goals efficiently.

Fitness trends have evolved and they will keep evolving. The smart decision is to choose a fitness trend which aligns with your lifestyle, which goes along with your goals and which gives you result as you have manifested. Fitness does not follow the “one-size-fits-all” criteria, so one person can like the intensity of CrossFit, on the other hand, other person might like the calmness of yoga.
